Subject: Oct 22,2022 price adjustment on USD imports主题:2022年10月22日起对美元进口产品进行价格调整

Dear Valued Customer尊敬的客户:

Parker continues to monitor market conditions across the entire spectrum of our cost structure.Starting from May 2022,USD dollar has appreciated rapidly against China RMBfrom 6.6:1level to current around

7.2:1 level,putting significant cost increase pressure on USD imported products which we sell in RMB,even though we have tried all our efforts to absorb such FXimpact.As a result,Parker will be implementing a special surcharge on USD imports in the following steps

1. From Oct 22,2022,we will be implementing a 5% surcharge on all new contracts/orders on USD

imports.

2.This special surcharge will be removed when USD/RMB EX rate returns to 6.7:1 level

6.6比1上升到目前7.2比1左右的水平，尽管我们已经尽了最大努力来吸收汇率带来的负面影响，但仍然给以美元进口但以人民币销售的产品带来巨大的成本上涨压力。因此，派克将针对美元进口产品按以下步骤执行一项特别附加费。

1自2022年10月22日起，我们将对美元进口产品的新合同/订单加收5%附加费

2.本特别附加费将在美元兑人民币汇率回落到67:1水平后取消

We will adjust relevant prices in our ERP system shortly.We will re-quote any unsigned contract/unordered quotation for affected products

我们将很快在我司ERP系统中调整价格，对于受影响产品的未签合同/未下订单也将根据贵司的需要重新报价。
